Tough aluminized 16-gauge steel for superior performance and corrosion resistance Double wrapped muffler with free flow 5" core for more horespower and a performance tone Mandrel bent pipes eliminate flow restrictions Replaces entire system after turbo This systems expands to a fat 5" down pipe to deliver impressive gains in passing, hauling and climbing over your stock or even a 4" performance system! System starts with a 4" down pipe after the turbo (the biggest diameter for allowable clearance) after which the bottom of the down pipe expands to 5" until the muffler! Double wrapped 8" round muffler has dual 4" outlets that feeds the 4" tailpipes and delivers that mellow Heartthrob tone. Kit includes: 4" down pipe from turbo; 5" exhaust pipe to muffler; 8" round performance muffler with dual 4" outlets; two 4" tail pipes from muffler; all necessary clamps, hangers, hardware and instructions. Please Note: System will not fit pickups with factory catalytic converters except Ford 6.0L. System is NOT RECOMMENDED for use on a stock engine. A minimum of a performance air filter or air intake kit plus a power computer module/programmer are recommended.
