Water rings combine absorbent granules with capillary matting to create a superb water-storing aid for containers. They retain water to create an oasis inside the pot or planter, which encourages root growth and helps prevent containers from drying out. Water rings reduce the need to water your plants and store water at the root level for 7-10 days. Rings last all season, then break down naturally in the soil. Water Rings are clean and easy to use: just take them straight out of the packet and follow the user-friendly instructions. The water rings work best when soaked just before being set into the pot. One Water Ring per pot is all you need. Water Rings perfectly compliment Spanish Rings by helping to retain moisture inside our pot or other container. Medium round rings measure 4 in diameter and can accommodate round pots 7-8 in diameter. Large round rings measure 7 in diameter and are ideal for hanging baskets or large round pots 10-16 in diameter. Large square rings are ideal for troughs, windowboxes, growbags, and square pots. They measure 7 wide and can accommodate pots 10-16 wide. Rings can easily be trimmed according to need if pots or containers are too small. All rings come in packets of 4.
